Effective December 4, 2009 InsurancePen will offer online done so, short-term disability, long term disability and group life insurance applications within the health insurance application section. This change will apply to business health insurance applications as well as public entity in government health insurance applications.
The changes being implemented to allow our perspective group members to complete their health and life insurance data collection in one central form. As always the user will be able to edit and update the form directly using the insurancepen.com website.
More often than not the additional lines of insurance coverage such as dental insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance and group life insurance are considered for pricing and term offering from the insurance carriers at the same time as they are considering their business health insurance plans. InsurancePen.com wants to make it as easy as possible for our users to collect their data and share it with prospective insurance carriers from one central location.
The change will not affect the health insurance application and will be optional for the user to fill out.
