About "Login with Facebook" at InsurancePen

The "Login with Facebook" module has been added to InsurancePen.com to make it easier for new and existing users to either login using their Facebook account, or link their Facebook account to their InsurancePen account.

This is completely optional for users and was added for their convenience. Logging in with Facebook will not affect the security of the InsurancePen insurance applications, it is simply a tool to allow users to leverage their Facebook network to assist them in growing the groups that they have created or are members of.

InsurancePen.com intends to install similar modules so our users will have a similar tool if their group or their preference is toward a different social networking website that Facebook.

If you or user of InsurancePen.com already you should simply wink your existing account to your Facebook account. Creating a new account with your Facebook credentials would in effect be running and managing two accounts.  Any data that you have entered previously will be left with your original InsurancePen.com account, and not shared with your Facebook account.
